  • Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the booking date to qualify for a refund.
  • Refund Type: Refunds are issued as credit to your account.
  • Credit Usage: Credits can be used for future bookings on our platform.
  • Credit Amount: The refund credit amount is subject to change at the sole discretion of the management.
  • No Refunds for Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the booking date are not eligible for refunds.
  • Registered Accounts: Refunds are only applicable to bookings associated with a registered account. If no account is provided, please contact the administrator for assistance.
